  9. Prepare 2 tbsp of Coriander Powder.
  10. It’s 2 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder.
  11. You need 2 tbsp of Turmeric Powder.
  12. You need 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala.
  13. You need 4-5 of finely chopped Garlic Cloves.
  14. You need 2 inch of Grated Ginger.
  15. You need 2 of chopped green Chillis.
  16. It’s 1 of medium size chopped Tomatoes.
  17. You need 2 of Kokam.
  18. Prepare of Jaggery (as per sweetness you want).
  19. Prepare 3 of medium size boiled Potatoes.
  20. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  21. You need of Oil for tadka.
  22. It’s 2 pinch of Asafoetida(Hing).
  23. You need of Mustard seed for tadka.
  24. You need 1 of Red Chilli (cut into half) for tadka.
  25. Prepare 5-6 of Curry Leaves for tadka.

Stuffed Dal-Dhokli instructions

  1. In a bowl mix all flours and add all spices. (Divide these spices in three portion according to your taste, salt, coriander powder, chilli powder and turmeric powder.).
  2. In a pot add boiled dal, add jaggery, kokam, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, green chilli, ginger and coriander powder..
  3. In another bowl add boiled potatoes add remaining ginger, garlic, and remaining spices. Make a filling. With the help of roller-pin make a small round chapati. Put a spoon full filling and make a dumpling. Make dumplings of all filling..
  4. From the remaining dough make a big chapati and cut it into small diamond pieces..
  5. Add these stuffed dhoklis and diamond pieces in boiling Dal..
