Ingredients of Palak chhole with Jeera rice

  1. Prepare 100 g of spinach.
  2. Prepare 100 g of Chole.
  3. You need 2 of tomatoes medium sized.
  4. Prepare 2 of onions medium sized.
  5. You need 10 of garlic cloves.
  6. It’s 1 of tspoon Jeera.
  7. You need 5 of green chillies medium spicy.
  8. Prepare 2 of tspoon garam masala.
  9. You need of Coriander.
  10. It’s of Water.
  11. Prepare of Salt.

Palak chhole with Jeera rice step by step

  1. Take 4 tspoon of oil & once its hot put garlic & sauté till its slightly brown. Add jeera & slit green chillies. Sauté well..
  2. In other pan put 1tspoon oil & add sliced tomatoes & onions. Sauté till its soft. Once its cool then make a paste & add it to the mixture. Sauté till you see oil from sides..
  3. Add garam masala. Boiled chole & sauté..
  4. In another pot boil spinach leaves. & make a paste once they are cool. Add the paste to the mixture. Add water if required. Add salt as per taste. Let it cook for 4-5 mins on medium flame..
  5. Garnish with coriander & onions. Serve with hot jeeta rice..
